The City of Anna, Texas is located on US 75, State Highway 5, and State Highway 121, about 40 miles north of Dallas, and is one of the fastest growing cities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Anna has also welcomed over 40 new businesses since 2009, thanks to its affordable real estate, low cost of doing business, a well-educated work force, an active Chamber of Commerce, and consumers dedicated to “buy local.” The Anna Independent School District consists of two elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and athletic facilities and is currently responsible for the education of approximately 2200 students.
